Delete your Akhra account

In the app: open Settings, then Delete account, and hold the button to confirm. Your account and data are deleted.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted at once: your profile and photo, training logs, XP, ranks and badges, invite codes, feedback, and the link to your Google sign-in.

Kept: one anonymous record that an account was deleted (a random user ID, no name or email). If you used this web form, your request and email are kept for up to 12 months to show we answered it.

Backups: encrypted copies age out by themselves. Database backups are removed after 14 days, photo and file backups after 28 days, and our hosting provider’s daily backups after 7 days. So every copy is gone at most 28 days after the deletion.
